I am a cardiac surgeon and researcher specializing in cardiac regenerative therapy, with a particular focus on the use of induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) to treat advanced heart failure. My research is inspired by the transformative work of Dr. Shinya Yamanaka, whose development of iPSCs revolutionized regenerative medicine and has opened new possibilities for treating patients with complex, debilitating conditions. Driven by a commitment to improving the lives of patients with heart failure, I am dedicated to translating these cutting-edge technologies into clinical applications. Throughout my career, I have published more than 80 peer-reviewed articles, including 23 as the first author and 5 as the corresponding author, in high-impact academic journals. My work has garnered over 1,900 citations, and my Google Scholar H-index stands at 22, reflecting the significant impact of my research in the field. My long-term professional goal is to bring iPSC-based cardiac regenerative therapies into routine clinical practice, offering new hope for patients suffering from advanced heart failure. I am passionate about continuing my research in stem cell medicine and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to explore innovative approaches in regenerative therapy.
